Dear Internet/TV company,
I'm really upset on how you try to screw your customers over. I was on the phone with you for over 3 hours and my problem was still not fixed. I am sick of it and can't imagine staying with you after my contract is up. You had me in tears because I was so frustrated with you. Why is it the problem never can be resolved within 15 minutes...heck even 30 minutes. Everyone knows if they call you, they can guarantee they will be on the phone for an hour and that is an hour that we will never get back. Get your sh*t together and stop over charging me.
