Total Weight Gain/Loss?
+15lbs @ my 24 week appt. I've decided I am not too concerned with what I gain as long as I don't feel like it looks like a tremendous amount. What I mean is that I could gain over 40 lbs but yet nothing fills out except my belly. I really don't have control over that. I am still eating the same as I did before. I feel like nothing else is getting bigger on me besides my belly and a tad in the boobs. No chubby face, hips have not filled out, ass is not getting bigger, legs are still sticks (not by choice, runs in my family), etc.
Maternity Clothes?
I am still managing to wear both my normal clothes and maternity. I have a few flowy dresses that I wear and still wear the belly band with a hair tie to hold my pants up for non-maternity.
Stretch Marks?
I check every morning...which may be the worst time to check because I have mini-panic attacks that I see some when actually they are just sleeping marks.
Best Moments?
Reading to our little guy with the books we have already received and watching Tate talk to him. It is so adorable when he just sits next to me and starts talking to him and kissing my belly.
Movement?
He is still a moving machine. It's very distracting when I am at work in a meeting and he just starts 'dancing' :)
Food Cravings?
I feel like my food cravings are subsiding.
Anything making you queasy or sick?
Raw meat!
What I miss?
Bending over to pick things up. Very difficult these days. I also miss not being so emotional...I cried over the kitchen table being dusty and not clean!

Nausea/Vomiting?
None
Symptoms?
Still get cramps in my calves about twice a week. I also get bloody nose and my gums bleed a lot when I floss. One thing that they say could happen doing pregnancy is significant hair growth. But I feel like I have had the complete opposite. I feel like my hair is not growing like it use to...anywhere on my body. Weird...but I'll take not having to shave as often :)
Labor Signs?
Still too early for this!
Gender?
Belly Button In or Out?
Slowing making it's way out
Slowing making it's way out
Wedding Rings On or Off?
So on...
Sleep?
Sleeping just fine...I wonder if this can last the whole pregnancy?!?! I sure hope so!

What I am looking forward to?
Tate will be done coaching wrestling after this week. They have one kid going to state and I look forward to having him home more (even though I am not home more due to tax season). His assistance will be very helpful in getting things done before the big day that our lil' guy arrives.

Awww, you're looking amazing, Bridget!! I can only imagine myself searching (and panicking) for stretch marks in the morning like you haha. And awesome that you can still wear your normal clothes!!
ReplyDeleteI had a few bloody noses during pregnancy, too. I also had really high blood pressure towards the middle/end of pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you're still continuing with an AWESOME pregnancy.
You look great, all belly! I laughed at your being emotional comment, I spent many mornings crying in the shower on the weekends about the most random stuff. It sucked and I knew it was all pregnancy related, ha!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe you're this far already! I know I say that every week, but seriously! It seems like it's flying by! You're so dang cute, and I think you have a great outlook on the weight gain!
ReplyDeleteLooking good! I too was tiny all through my pregnancy and then 35/36 weeks hit and I started gaining weight in my face- I think at that point, there is not much room for it to go anywhere else. Hopefully you can escape that!
ReplyDeleteI'm loving green on you. You look so pretty!
ReplyDeleteI am so interested in what happens to women when they get pregnant. I've heard a lot lately about bloody noses.
we're not sure about kids, but its nice to learn all this stuff beforehand, in case we change our mind.
adorable again and again! i love it!
ReplyDeleteohh... crying over the kitchen table being dusty? sorry but that is too funny, and i have been there done that! i dont miss crying over the weirdest stuff! haha
also, i loved not having to shave my legs while prego b/c my leg hair pretty much stopped for my entire pregnancy, i though it was the strangest/yet coolest thing! haha
Glad I'm not the only emotional one. I'll be 20 weeks on Sunday. I cried because my husband napped on my side of the bed and now the sheets were "dirty"! It wasn't even a moody cry, I was genuinely upset! haha. so funny!
ReplyDeleteYou look so adorable!! Your D Day will be here before you know it.
